Brett Cahir – Owner & Director
Brett commenced in Direct Marketing sales as a 19 year old in 1988 with the Kwikasair Group. After 5 years learning the intricacies of the industry Brett left to open DMC. Now with over 30 years experience Brett is one of the most qualified experts in the field. He has seen the expansion and growth of DMC from early beginnings with 2 employees to today overseeing a multi-million dollar turnover with over 40 employees. Brett believes in a hands on approach and can regularly be found on the production floor overseeing DMC’s mailing machines and 3pl operations.
Grant Allen – National Sales Manager – Mail Division
Grant who commenced with DMC in 2004 with a huge amount of experience with project management at the corporate level. After 16 years in the motoring and event agency industry, Grant has a great understanding of what the clients needs and wants are. Experienced in all facets of the marketing mix including concept development and creative. Grant has an unswerving commitment in ensuring the client’s goals are always met.
Brian Dixon – General Manager.
Brian joined DMC in September 2019 on a long term contract basis to head up the full implementation of our new warehouse management system WISE and the complete reconfiguration of our warehouse for scan picking and paperless order processing as we continue to rapidly grow.
Brian has had huge success running his own 3PL businesses in the past and is a renowned expert in this field. It’s a huge undertaking however Brian is the man making the magic all happen for our loyal 3pl customers.
Tanya Cahir – 3PL Operations & Production Manager
Tanya commenced with DMC at its inception as Production Manager and has continued to manage the work flow and project management for all our clients until April 2016. Tanya now brings over 21 years experience at DMC in her new role. Tanya’s knowledge and understanding of the industry is paramount.
Russell Kay –2IC Production Manager
Russell commenced with DMC in 2010 as a specialised machine operator. He learned everything about the DMC business and earned the respect of his fellow colleagues and management with his friendly easy going but dedicated approach. At the beginning of 2016 Russell was promoted to 2IC Production Manager. His responsibilities range from postal administration including daily contact with Australia Post, staff liaison, casual labour management and general day to day workflow management.
Information Technology
Our IT department has over 50 years combined direct mail house & 3pl logistics experience. They are 3pl logistics IT experts and totally understand the sensitive nature of mailing data and have substancial knowledge of the software and systems at DMC. They have the expertise to complete complex database management through to intelligent full color laser printing.
